2015年2月6日(ri)下午,在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)瑞(rui)(rui)閩(min)(min)公司(si)一樓會議(yi)室召開的中(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)瑞(rui)(rui)閩(min)(min)兩化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)第二階段評(ping)估審(shen)核(he)(he)(he)末次會議(yi)上,中(zhong)(zhong)國電子技術標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)研究院(yuan)評(ping)估審(shen)核(he)(he)(he)組組長趙彤宣布(bu):中(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)瑞(rui)(rui)閩(min)(min)兩化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)本次現(xian)場審(shen)核(he)(he)(he)沒(mei)有發現(xian)不符合(he)項(xiang),體(ti)系(xi)(xi)運行有效,將被推薦到國家兩化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合(he)專(zhuan)家委員會評(ping)審(shen),確定(ding)最(zui)終能否被評(ping)定(ding)通過。這意味著在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)瑞(rui)(rui)閩(min)(min)總經理(li)(li)、兩化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合(he)最(zui)高管(guan)理(li)(li)者(zhe)李謝華(同(tong)時兼(jian)任兩化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)者(zhe)代表)的正(zheng)確領導(dao)下,在(zai)工業(ye)和信(xin)(xin)息化(hua)(hua)部電信(xin)(xin)研究院(yuan)的指導(dao)下,在(zai)公司(si)各部門的共同(tong)努力下,中(zhong)(zhong)鋁(lv)瑞(rui)(rui)閩(min)(min)兩化(hua)(hua)融(rong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)成功通過現(xian)場審(shen)核(he)(he)(he)評(ping)定(ding)。
中(zhong)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)瑞(rui)閩(min)近年來在(zai)(zai)兩(liang)(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合方(fang)面(mian)取得(de)了(le)(le)可圈可點的(de)(de)(de)成績,但仍存(cun)在(zai)(zai)設備工藝(yi)數據、生產數據、性能(neng)數據獲取不全(quan),相關系統(tong)尚不能(neng)實現無縫對(dui)接、數據分析和管理(li)不夠、尚未建設專門的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)源管理(li)中(zhong)心、全(quan)員(yuan)參(can)與不夠等方(fang)面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)問題。通過(guo)兩(liang)(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合管理(li)體系的(de)(de)(de)標準(zhun)化(hua)認證進一(yi)步規(gui)范(fan)了(le)(le)中(zhong)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)瑞(rui)閩(min)兩(liang)(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合過(guo)程管理(li),從(cong)關注局部向(xiang)統(tong)籌(chou)全(quan)局轉變,從(cong)強調技術向(xiang)規(gui)范(fan)管理(li)轉變,更好(hao)地從(cong)中(zhong)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)瑞(rui)閩(min)發展(zhan)戰略(lve)、可持續競爭(zheng)優勢、信息化(hua)環(huan)境下企業需具備的(de)(de)(de)新型能(neng)力等方(fang)面(mian)統(tong)籌(chou)推進了(le)(le)中(zhong)鋁(lv)(lv)(lv)瑞(rui)閩(min)的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)(liang)化(hua)融(rong)(rong)合工作。
